ENGINE PROTECTION SYSTEM
   

The elimination of zinc from off-the-shelf motor oil has caused an alarming increase in cam and lifter failures in engines with flat tappets and flat tappet camshafts. The Engine Protection System provides you with a series of assembly lubes and additives specifically formulated for pre-OBD engines (no catalytic convertors) and OBD engines (with catalytic convertors) and even OBD engines that have flat tappets.

 
  • HI-ZINC ENGINE PROTECTOR (40-1900)Contains an additive package including zinc, phosphorus and other chemicals to protect stock and performance engines
  • EXTREME ENGINE PROTECTOR (40-2000) Contains no zinc and has a different additive package than our 40-1900 to protect post-OBD vehicles including those with flat tappet engines
  • HI-ZINC LIQUID ENGINE ASSEMBLY LUBE (40-1100) Formulated for those who like to assemble engines using an oil based assembly lube
  • MOLY ENGINE ASSEMBLY LUBE PASTE (40-1000) with ZDDP and EP additives for those who like to assemble engines using a paste based assembly lube
