Engine Pro’s new black nitrided race rings have features only found in very expensive advanced race rings at entry level prices!
• Top compression and oil rings are made of gas nitride hardened stainless steel.
• Faces of the top ring and oil ring rails are ceramic PVD coated. This coating has a very low friction coefficient providing high resistance to scuff and heat with excellent seating.
• Second ring is napier profile design for optimum oil scraping capability and ductile iron for optimum durability under the most severe performance conditions.
• Gas Nitride and Ceramic PVD are compatible with Nikasil coated cylinder bores.
• For use with all types of fuel, blown alcohol, turbo, and nitrous oxide injection.
• Nitro Black rings measurably improve horsepower.
